Another interesting tool that I found on Google when searching WorldCat is their WonderWheel. This shows related searches on topics related to "OCLC" and "history," which were my search terms. I think that this could be a very useful tool for reference librarians, however, there is little description of what it does on the page. I found that if one were to click on an ancillary search term, another bubble is made over the circle in the center. This continues as the search gets more exact. If the search takes the researcher to a search that is not relevant, they can retrace their steps through the previous bubbles. A drawback is that the alternative searches are not weighted in any way, be it with size of font or boldness.
